Refund request - Warm medication

We understand your hesitation about the warm method of delivering the medication as opposed to the previous method of packing it on ice. Our medication has evolved and now includes a stabilizer, allowing it to be shipped without requiring cool temperatures. This advancement ensures your medication remains safe and effective throughout transport.
 
For optimal long-term storage, once you receive it, we recommend keeping it refrigerated and out of the reach of children, as with any medication.
 
Semaglutide remains stable and effective even when exposed to temperatures up to 104°F (40°C) for a duration of up to three days. Consequently, we will not issue a refund/replacement for medication that has been subjected to warmth unless it has been exposed to temperatures of 104°F (40°C) for a period of three days or more.
